These minimum requirements must be met when submitting disks.

1. All disks must be accompanied by a color print of the ad.
2. Macintosh formatted CD is preferred.
3. Page layout must be in one of the following programs: QuarkXPress, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator. Do NOT use CorelDraw, FreeHand, PageMaker, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft PowerPoint, Multi-Ad Creator or QuickTime files.
4. ALL fonts (Type 1 only) and art elements (logos, photos)MUST be included on the disk.
5. Photographs must be 300 dpi and scaled to the ACTUAL FULL SIZE that will be printed.
   
   NOTE: The quality of your final printed ad will be much better if you send ORIGINAL PHOTOS or artwork for us to scan using our high-end production scanners with color-correction software.
   
   
6. Photoshop files should be converted to CMYK or GRAY SCALE - NOT RGB.
7. Save in Photoshop as a TIFF file. If a clipping path is added, then save as EPS file.
8. Photoshop documents with LAYERS must be UNFLATTENED and saved as a Photoshop file.
9. Save all line art in Adobe Illustrator EPS.

If the ad is designed on a PC, please format as closely as possible to the above guidelines.

Identify all art and disks with Customer Account Number, Business Name, Complete Address and Phone Number. Disks will be returned, upon request, after printing has been completed. If disk is to be returned to an address other than the RTN customer mailing address, please include return information with disk.
