Hello Mr. Jackson,

I appreciate your phone call today to inquire about our success with the Bounceback program.  The diligent and sincere follow through by the sales rep and you have contributed to the satisfaction we have experienced during this initial test.

As you know we are a multi-unit Sonic Drive in operator that began the testing of Bounce-Back coupons on our own receipt tape in mid-January.  The test was conducted in areas and restaurants that represented various levels of demographics as well as sales volume and transaction counts.

I am excited to report that during the 45 day test window where all locations used the same coupon offers, the drive in’s participating in the test showed a 11.09% increase in transactions which generated an incremental sales increase of 8.24% over the drive in’s that were not participating in the test.  Additionally, I am excited to communicate that the participating Managers all voted to continue the program during the coming calendar year.

Dear Ken:

We tried the Bounceback Media Works register tape program at one of our rural Ohio locations and have seen amazing results.  We immediately noticed an increase in business once the tape was in place in the register. 

In randomly checking the tracking the store has done for me, the store manager reported one week of over one hundred coupon redemptions.  She also reported that a lot of the people now eating at her store have come from the surrounding areas.  Word of mouth about the register receipt coupons has brought many of these people in to her store.

We are now starting this program at two other locations in the Chattanooga/North Georgia area that need a mid-winter boost and expect to have equally impressive results.  The program is certainly user friendly and I recommend it highly.

To whom it may concern:

We first tested the Bounceback Media Works program in the 4th quarter of last year on four of our locations.  The response to the register tape was excellent!  We were so pleased with the results that we are now running the Bounceback program in all of our 23 Sonic locations.  The feedback we are getting has all been positive – our employees and managers like the Bounceback program and, most importantly, our customers like it.

I would recommend the Bounceback Media Works program to any Sonic operator who would like a very effective means of bringing your customers back to your restaurants more often.  It is very low cost  -- you get 600 coupons per DOLLAR -- and the Bounceback program will generate substantial revenue.

Take it from me, the Bounceback program works.

The rate of redemption is extremely high, and the monthly frequent reprints allows us to “tweak” our coupons according to which is most popular….  We are just under 10% of our orders using or referring to these coupons.

They also act as a great way to hold raffles, customer surveys, or mini-applications.
